SF is established in May, 1995 and invested by Shanghai Aerospace Energy Co., Ltd. under China Aerospace Technique Group Co., Ltd., Pietro Fiorentini S.P.A. and Shanghai Dazhong Gas Co., Ltd. It is the first and the biggest JV engaged in the R&D, design, manufacturing, sales and technical service for gas reducing and metering stations for gas distribution and transmission.
The Story
Facing intensified competition senior management team of SF prefer to embrace moden management theory and technology to consolidate the management over people, treasure and production, to continue growth and gain a good position in market.
SF spent five months to examine major ERP products by comparing both technology and services, and chose VSC's ERP solution finally. SF believed that VSC's Electronic Enterprise System plus customization capability could meet their requirements to the most, not only for current but also for long term development. At the same time VSC has a strong consulting team that focused on enterprise information construction for many years. VSC is CMM3 and ISO9001 certified, has strict quality managment system to gurantee each middle phase and final delivery.
By the close and active cooperation, VSC delivered the system successfully one year later, including general information system, ERP and customer service system. The integrated soluion helped SF to make best use of logistic, cash flow and data flow to advace company's management and production efficiency.

How We Helped
ERP system stresses taking the enterprise as a integrated entity, to analysis and process material, cash and information systematically. New system will definately influence existing process, and client's employees also need to accustom new processes and working style. So VSC delivered the system in three steps.
Step 1. Construct procurement management, sales management, inventory management, accounts receivable / payment management, and other subsystems to ste up small-scale ERP system to realize centralized control over company's logistics, capital flow and information flow

Step 2. After the success of the first stage of trial operation, follow-up development of production management, quality management, service management, human resources management, wage management, asset management, comprehensive statistical analysis, integrated information management as well as other modules to build a more complete ERP system. The system is able to strictly control the production process, reduce material consumption and costs, accelerate cash flow, to advance enterprise management to a new level.
Step 3. Integrate ERP system to PDM( Product Data Management system), CSM( Customer Service Management system), CRM to link all important production procescess togeter, not only to achive efficient management over internal business process, but also improved productivity of product design, marketing, customer service and support to serve customer far better.
