The Story
The client want to develop a recruitment system for Chinese region, and want to delegate the development and maintenance tasks to same vendor. VSC won the case by good reputation, traceable history and deep understanding of client's requirements. More than that VSC has a branch in Japan, which could talk with client face to face and response immediately.
The system itself is not complex given the rich project experience and strong technology capability. One of the key point is how to maintain the system and upgrade with new features. To do that VSC leverage ITIL practice to meet customer's expectation.
