Client Introduction
The client has a call center and global communication system based on Asterisk. Thousands employee and five branches around the world are all using it. But its reporting function and administration interface are extremely insufficient. We developed a new system to address this situation.

No information was stored in DB.
Need to monitor queues and agents in real time manner and display on graphs.

How We Helped
Based on the Asterisk open source, we save log of queue into database, use JPgraph, another open source lib, to display real time status of queues and agents dynamically. The user can also check out history reports for future analysis. The design and development takes one person for about two and half month.
