Created over 10 years ago, and headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, the client develops and markets innovative hardware and software solutions to meet Next-Generation Network (NGN) service providers' needs for carrier-class, intelligently managed Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) solutions for large, high speed networks.

The company's product offering for the enterprise, SOHO and residential markets includes a comprehensive range of VoIP-over-aDSL (VoIP or VoDSL) residential CPE gateway solutions and home networking solutions, such as VoIP gateways, HPNA 3.0 adapters and switches, Broadband over Power Lines, Power-over-Ethernet LAN switches, mid-span power supply devices, and ISDN equipment.

The vast majority of the company's clients are ISPs and telecommunications companies which all require high-end solutions tailored to their unique needs, usually a combination of services and off-the-shelf products.
