Project Manager
职位描述：
The project manager will be responsible for managing the software engineering team and ensuring smooth coordination between the China-based team and engineers in the United States. Specific responsibilities include:
Helping to hire a talented team of software developers and software quality assurance engineers.
Designing and implementing processes that successfully integrate with Lithium's lightweight management philosophy.
Scheduling projects and ensuring clear communication of projects'status and milestones.
Allocating and balancing resources among multiple concurrent projects to achieve consistent on-time delivery.
Participating in regular conference calls between the China office and the United States.
Periodic travel to the United States.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications
A master's degree or better from a top engineering school.
At least 8 years'experience as a software engineer.
At least 4 years'experience directly managing engineering teams of 10 or more.
Experience working with at least one North American or British company, preferably an independent software vendor (ISV) of under 100 people.
A proven track record of delivering shipping software on schedule and at high quality levels.
Mastery of written English and clear verbal English.
A solid understanding of and experience with Web technologies such as Java Servlets, JSP and AJAX. Experience with high traffic public Web sites is highly preferred.
